Please read these terms carefully before using our training and certificate service.
1. About the service
Food Handler Academy provides free online food handler training, a free online assessment, and a paid private certificate of completion. The training and test are free; payment of AUD $29.99 is only required to generate and receive a certificate after passing.
2. Nature of the certificate
The certificate is a private certificate of completion. It is not a government-issued certificate, not an RTO qualification, not nationally recognised training, and not a Food Safety Supervisor certificate. It is designed for basic food handling awareness and demonstrating completion of food handler training. Check with your employer if you need a specific RTO or Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee employment, job acceptance, or compliance with every employer or state requirement. It is your responsibility to confirm what training your role or workplace requires.
4. Accurate information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and details you provide. Certificates are generated based on the information you enter.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
