Refund Policy

The training and test are completely free. Your payment of AUD $29.99 only covers the generation and delivery of your private certificate of completion.

You can request a refund if your certificate has not yet been generated, or if there was a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your certificate.

Because the certificate is generated and delivered instantly after payment, refunds are generally not available once your certificate has been issued and delivered, unless required by law.
