Do I need to pay before taking the test?
No. You can read the training and take the test for free. Payment is only required if you pass and want to receive the certificate.
How fast do I receive the certificate?
After successful payment, the certificate is generated instantly and sent by email.
Is this an official government certificate?
No. This is a private certificate of completion. It is not government-issued, not an RTO qualification, and not nationally recognised training.
Can an employer verify my certificate?
Yes. Each certificate has a unique certificate ID and verification link.
Is this a Food Safety Supervisor certificate?
No. This is for basic food handler training and is not a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
Who is this course suitable for?
It is suitable for people seeking basic food handler training for hospitality, cafés, restaurants, food retail, catering, events, and similar food handling roles.
What is the pass mark for the test?
You need 75% or higher to pass. You can retake the test for free as many times as you need.
Will this guarantee me a job?
No. The certificate is designed for basic food handling awareness and demonstrating completion of food handler training. It does not guarantee employment or meet every employer or state requirement.
