We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to deliver your certificate.
Information we collect
When you request a certificate we collect your full name, email address, state/territory, optional employer name, and your assessment score. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by us.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your certificate, email it to you, and allow public verification using your certificate ID. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Resend to deliver your certificate email. Your email address is used to send your certificate and related service messages.
Data storage
Certificate records are stored to enable verification. We retain only the data necessary to support verification and customer service.

You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@foodhandleracademy.com.au.
